Delivery Policy - GStorm.ae
Most products ordered on gstorm.ae are delivered by GStorm fulfillment team through 3rd party couriers. The charges vary according to the mode of shipment the customer chooses. The customer can choose between three deliveries as shown below -
1. Standard delivery (1 – 2 business days) - Charges start from AED 13 depending on the product weight, size & location
2. Next day delivery (24 hours) - Charges start from AED 25 depending on the product weight, size & location
3. Pick up in store – Most of our products are readily available for pick up in our store; however certain items are not eligible for this method. Customers that select this option will be required to come pick up the ordered item from our store where the item(s) must have been fully packaged and ready for pick up.
NOTE - STANDARD & NEXT DAY delivery services are subject to product availability and location - Dubai
ELECTRONIC products can only be shipped within UAE and Gulf Countries only.
Administrative charges are charged at AED 10 extra for Cash on delivery purchases. There are no hidden charges in the shipping fee.
The above-mentioned charges are applicable for orders below 20kg within the Dubai and Sharjah Emirates other Emirates vary according to product size, weight & distance.
For customers residing in remote areas, kindly contact the call center prior to placing your order, to confirm current shipping cost.
If the charges are revised, the customers will be notified before completing a purchase.
The customer will be notified prior to the delivery of any changes in the agreed delivery time.
